Asus Eee Keyboard to be launched during this fall
Asus announced their latest creation, the EEE Keyboard, at CES, at the beginning of the year. And now rumors say it will be available in stores by the end of this fall, most probably in October-November in Europe and just a little bit latter in the US.

Asus EEE keyboard - the PC beneath a keyboard
The EEE Keyboard will join the other Asus products in the EEE line, like the EEE Pc netbooks or the EEE Box nettops. It’s meant to be a computer beneath a keyboard. All the hardware parts will be squeezed in a compact device just below the keys, and all you’ll need is to connect a display and your home computer will be set to go.
In terms of hardware, this EEE Keyboard will bring the common Atom N270 processor, 1 GB of RAM, SSD storage and Wi-fi + Bluetooth. Ports like Ethernet, USBs, HDMI output will be there too. The device will also come with a 5″ 800 x 480 px touchscreen display on the right of the keys. All these for €499 in Europe and probaly $599 or so in the US.
From the pictures and specs, the EEE Keyboard really looks interesting and i can’t wait to give it a try. Hopefully my Asus contact will allow me to have it for a spin before the official launch, so stay tuned for more info on this in the near future.
