New MSI Wind U210 on the European market
MSI seems to hit hard the yet young bigger netbooks market. They allready announced the U200 earlier this year in the 12.1″ class and now are offering a new version, called MSI Wind U210.
Unlike the U200 that packs an Intel Celeron CULV 753 processor, the U210 comes with an AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core MV40 . It’s a dual core CPU, but also one of the few AMD powered netbooks on the market. We might seem more in the near future though, as their CPUs provide a better price/performance rapport than the Intel ones. Besides that, the U210 houses 2 GB of RAM, a 250 GB hard-drive and ATI Mobility radeon X1250 graphics .The 12.1″ screen with 1366 x 768 px resolution remained the same on both versions.

A cheaper MSI Wind U210 for the European market
As you can see, the MSI Wind U210 is weaker than the U200, but is also cheaper, with prices from 399 to 449 euros , compared to the 499 euros tag of the u200. There are two different versions available and you can see more about them on netbookitalia.it . The device is already available in some European countries. I’m not sure when will it come to US though, but if it will, prices should be better here.
