Samsung GO N310 hits the US market
Finally the Samsung GO N310 reaches the stores in the US. This tough looking netbook has been expected for a while now, as it promises to be one of the most interesting Sammy netbooks on the market.

It has a special designed case, said to be inspired by a smooth pebble and comes in many colors (red, green, pink, etc). I for one don’t like the exterior at all and especially the big engraved Samsung name of the upper part. But i guess that’s just a matter of taste. The interior looks nice though, with that keyboard with individual keys (Vaio style
) .
This mini laptop was first announced as Samsung N310, but later they rebranded it in Go, just before the official US launch, on July 15th.
It brings a 10.1″ screen with LED back-light (1024×600 px resolution), the standard ATOM 1.6 GHz CPU, 1GB of RAM, 160 GB HDD, Wi-fi, 3 USB slots, card reader etc. It runs Windows XP Home Edition and the 6 cell battery offers an autonomy up to 9 hours. The Samsung Go is pretty compact also, measuring just 10.3 x 7.3 x 1.1 inches and weighting 2.6 pounds .

Samsung Go N310 - very nice exterior
So, overall a decent laptop that combines looks and performances. It’s decent prized too, cause you can get the Samsung GO N310 for $499 on Amazon . A good choice in the 10″ netbooks class, but still i don’t see why i should buy this Samsung Go and not an Asus or a Dell .
